Personal Training
You have one-on-one attention of one of our knowledgeable Personal Trainers. If you have injuries you need help with, or need help increasing your one rep max or conditioning. Our Personal Trainer can help walk you through programing and techniques that will improve your training. Do you need accountability? Motivation? Guidance? Come on in for a consultation and see how we can help with your goals.
Group Classes
Where you can attend as many classes as you would like, we offer classes 2-4 times a day. Classes such as Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Strength, Yoga, TRX & Ropes, Kettlebells, Barre, RIP Trainer, and more. We have well versed instructors that are knowledgeable and adaptable to injuries and modifications if needed. These classes are meant to learn at your own pace, but you will be challenged and have fun in a family like environment.
Open Gym
A place we like to keep a private space. Our Open Gym needs to be booked. We want you to have room and the equipment available to have an effective workout. So there is a limit to how many people are allowed in the gym at one time. We know that working out is vital to physical and mental health and want to make sure everyone has access so 24/7 access is also an option. We have all the equipment you would need and more to have an effective workout from dumbells, barbells, rack, cardio machines, sled, ropes, kettlebells, heavy bags, and more.
OnDemand Workouts
Our OnDemand Workouts are pre-recorded videos of our in-house classes you can do from anywhere, home, work, outside, while your traveling, etc. You will have access to over 200 pre-recorded videos from our library such as kickboxing, bootcamp, strength, yoga, kettlebell, barre, etc.
Online Training
As we move toward a more tech base world, IronMatrix has kept with the times. You can book 1-on-1 Personal Training with our Personal Trainer all from the comfort of your home. You and your trainer will do an assessment and build a program based on your goals and equipment available. You can schedule reoccurring appointments to workout with your trainer or maybe your just looking for a workout program we have you covered.
