Nutrition Coaching

A Nutrition Coach is well-versed in the importance of healthy eating behaviors and healthy lifestyle habits that are evidence-based. A Nutrition Coach is NOT a registered Dietician and as such does not normally prescribe specific meal plans. A Nutrition Coach DOES work with clients to set realistic, attainable nutrition and healthy lifestyle goals and to design steps necessary for achieving those goals. Nutrition Coaches can support clients with making food choices for optimal health and performance and can offer effective habits and techniques for modifying or changing eating habits and behaviours.
