With an extensive athletic training program, designed for maximum potential, we will focus on strengthening key muscle groups that are involved in specific movements. Sharpening the movement techniques that are used during game play help overcome physical obstacles and maximize performance. Athletes will also learn how to properly maintain muscle quality through healthy eating habits and regimented workout programs. IronMatrix offers sports specific training to many different types of sports including hockey, basketball, soccer, rugby and many more, and is offered to all ages.
